This is the medal the finishers of the Texas Half Marathon received on February 2, 2014 in Irving, Texas.

It is one of the half marathons in the Four Seasons Challenge. When you complete one of the half  marathons in each season, you also receive the cool medal on the right. Congrats to RIF #258 Alex for completing the challenge!
