This is a special edition of the finisher’s medal for the Tacoma City Marathon that was held on May 5, 2013 in Tacoma, Washington.
The Marathon Maniacs held their 10th Anniversary “party” at the Tacoma City Marathon and this is the medal to commemorate it. Oh yeah, and it’s a bottle opener!
