Fall is in the air! October brought in 1,679.2 miles for the month and the total for the year is 22,411.78 miles for 2017. This update is through the end of October, just 2 months left in the competition. The top 3 are all really close. If you forgot to enter your race miles we will include them in the next update. Leading the women is RIF #644 Ila Brandli with 1,886.2 points. Second place, RIF #450 Patricia Klein with 1,397.3 points. Coming in third place is RIF #525 Karen Vollan with 1,024.4 points.

Leading the men is RIF #263 Denis McCarthy with 1,794.86 points. Second place, RIF #638 Ken Fattmann with 1,644 points. Coming in third place is RIF #279 George Southgate with 1,122.9 points.

Camille Herron Fastest 100 Mile Female Ever

At the Tunnel Hill 100 Miler in Vienna, Illinois, moments ago, Camille Herron just ran the fastest 100 miler by a female setting a world record.

She finished the flat rails to trail course in a mind-numbing time of 12:42:39.
