This is the medal for the Surf City Half Marathon that was held on February 3, 2013 in Huntington Beach, California.

Love the surfboard medal. Perfect medal for this half marathon with great views of the ocean as you run along PCH (Pacific Coast Highway). Here is another view of the medal:

This is the medal for the Calico 30K Trail Run that was held on January 27, 2013 in Calico Ghost Town, California.

Instead of a traditional medal, the race gives each finisher an arrowhead shaped leather key chain. Very cool way to incorporate some of the history of the town into the medal.

This is the medal for the Paramount Ranch Trail Half Marathon that was held on December 15, 2012 in Calabasas, California.

This trail race takes place on an old western movie set so the cowboy boots fit this race perfectly. It’s a fun medal with a cool design!

This is the medal for The Harpeth Hills Flying Monkey Marathon that was held on November 18, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Very cool wooden medal for a very, very, VERY difficult marathon. The medal and the rest of the swag we received at the race were totally worth the hills though! Here’s a photo of the race shirts, sticker, magnet, and Silipint we received at this year’s race.

The Monkey gloves in the photo with the Silipint were my door prize! Not only does all the monkey loot make this one of the best marathons around but the race and party atmosphere are a blast and the course is gorgeous so you hardly notice the hills! Well, maybe not. 😉 Here’s a photo of some of the Run It Fast – The Club members getting ready to tackle this year’s Flying Monkey.

This is the medal for the Malibu International Marathon that was held on November 11, 2012 in Malibu, California.

The medal has all the elements you’d expect for a race in Malibu: hills, palm trees, sun, and the beach. 2 Run It Fast Club Members rocked the marathon on Sunday: RIF #1 Joshua Holmes (@bayou) and RIF #5 Lisa Gonzales.

This is the 100K buckle for the Javelina Jundred that was held on October 27-28, 2012 in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

The 100K buckle is given to runners who complete at least 4 loops (15.4 miles) of the Javelina Jundred but do not complete the 100 Miler. I think it’s a fun buckle. I am biased though since it’s my first! 🙂
