THe 3N3 Challenge Marathon(s) medal is a nice bonus medal given to those that do the three big Alabama marathons – Rocket City Marathon [medal pic], First Light Marathon, and Mercedes Marathon [medal pic] – in three consecutive months (December-February).

One of the most distinguishable marathon medals on the circuit. Here is the 2012 Mercedes Marathon medal that was given out on February 12, 2012 in Birmingham, Alabama.
This bling will remind you of your youth when your buddies were yanking Mercedes hood ornaments off of cars and wearing them around their necks to junior high study hall. Unlike then, those that received this pretty piece on Sunday worked hard to earn it.

Many of you will be down at the Mercedes Marathon and 1/2 along at the Rogue Orleans down in New Orleans. Best of luck to everyone running this weekend whether it be your first marathon, half mary, or a training run.
