Rita Jeptoo Wins Boston Marathon (Elite Female Results)

Kenya’s Rita Jeptoo came from behind, making up a large gap behind Columbia’s Caballero, to win the 2013 Boston Marathon for the women. It is her second Boston Marathon win. The first coming back in 2006.
