This is the medal for the Tupelo Marathon that was held on September 2, 2012 in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Wild medal! Kind of scary and the motto is hardcore but I would run a marathon for this medal!

I love this medal! It’s so big and shiny. 🙂 And I love that it has Sleeping Beauty’s Castle on it since that and the Matterhorn are what I associate most with Disneyland here in California. Here’s another view of it:

This is the medal for the North Country Run that was held on August 25, 2012 in Wellston, Michigan.
The North Country Run includes a 50 Mile run, a marathon, and a half marathon. Check out the size of that medal! Love the detail on the medal too. This would be an awesome medal to earn.

It’s time to vote for the best May 2012 race medal! May was another busy race month and we received a ton of submissions but we whittled it down to 15 for you to to choose from. I voted for my favorite already!
The medal chosen as the Best Race Medal for May 2012 will be included in the contest for the Best Race Medal of 2012 at the end of the year.
Here is the medal for the Area 13.1 Half Marathon that was held on August 18, 2012 in Roswell, Georgia.
Okay, the medal is little on the small side but it is kind of cool. I like how there are runners reflected in the alien’s eyes! It seems fitting since this night race challenges you to “escape the invasion”. I like the shirt too.
