This is the long awaited medal for the Twickenham 10K was held on December 9, 2012 in Twickenham, United Kingdom.

Someone stole all but one of the medals for this charity race while the race director was setting up the venue. BUT…the race’s sponsor stepped up and bought new ones so the runners could have a memento of their run and almost 2 months later, the finisher’s received their medal. Boo to the thief! Yay to the sponsor!

This is the medal for the Calico 30K Trail Run that was held on January 27, 2013 in Calico Ghost Town, California.

Instead of a traditional medal, the race gives each finisher an arrowhead shaped leather key chain. Very cool way to incorporate some of the history of the town into the medal.
