This is the first ever Go Lucy Go 5K! One of Covington/Tipton County’s own, precious 5 year old Lucy Krull,was recently diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a form of brain cancer. Team Lucy is gearing up for the upcoming “Go Lucy Go” LeBonheur 5K Run/Walk. This event is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, May 21st at Covington High School at 10:00 a.m. We have many things planned including the 5K race, a kids’ 1 mile fun run at 11:30 a.m., and kids’ activities. We cannot think of a worthier cause, helping Lucy’s family with medical expenses along with all of the other unplanned expenses they are incurring while also helping LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN.
